I noticed this Wensleydale cheese a few days ago at Whole Foods in Redmond, and had to buy it!
I was expecting the cheese to be a bit more memorable though (given that it's Wallace's favourite). It's actually a little bland, and has texture not unlike drywall. Still, it's better than no cheese...

I thought it was quite yummy actually. The flavor is VERY mild, but it had a NICE texture. Not as good as some, but still tasty.
